Are you the CASA volunteer for a female student in grades 5 through 12? Could she benefit from a tutoring scholarship?
Tutor Corps Foundation provide a year of complimentary, one-on-one personalized tutoring for lower income girls, grades 5-12. Tutoring Scholarship applications for the 2016-2017 school year are due June 1, 2016.
Tutor Corps Foundation awards five tutoring scholarships to lower income young women in the San Francisco Bay Area. The scholarship recipients receive consistent academic support along with mentoring to build confidence and self-esteem. Applicant must demonstrate financial need for tutoring and be recommended by a teacher and parent.
Who: Female students in grades 5-12
