Only 48% of foster children graduate from high school. Last year, 100% of CASA’s transitional age youth graduated from high school, earned a GED or were still in school.
Only 10% of foster children with a high school degree or GED go to college or post-secondary education. Last year, 67% of CASA’s youth with a high school degree or GED were in college or post-secondary education.
Every foster child deserves a chance to finish their education, and be successful. CASA makes this happen. Our goal is to serve 400 children and youth each year by 2021. Please take a moment right now to make a donation to help the abused and neglected children CASA serves.
